Daka 7 Terms & Conditions – Fully in Bengali

This document outlines all rules, terms, and policies governing the use of the Daka 7 platform. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account.

1. General Terms

Daka 7 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international gaming license. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Daka 7 and its users ("Members").

These terms apply to members in Bangladesh. Daka 7 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1.1 Scope of Service

Daka 7 offers the following services:

1.2 Legal Compliance

Members are solely responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their own country. Daka 7 is not liable for any member's breach of local law.

2. Account Registration & Management

To become a member of Daka 7, you must complete the registration process. Each individual may only open one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited, and if discovered, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • You must register using accurate and truthful information.
  • Your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must all be accurate.
  • Information provided at registration may be subject to verification at a later stage.
  • Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your password and login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your account with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

Please note: Daka 7 will never ask for your password via email or phone. Any such request is likely a scam.

2.3 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawal requests above a certain amount, and may require a copy of your national ID or passport. Large withdrawals may be delayed until KYC is completed.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

Age 18+ Required: Daka 7 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Daka 7 may request a birth certificate or national ID for age verification at any time. Failure to verify your age will result in account closure.

A note for parents and guardians — please ensure your child cannot access this platform. Use parental control software to help keep them safe online.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Daka 7. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. However, additional verification may cause delays in some cases.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • KYC verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • A maximum of ৳5,00,000 can be withdrawn in a single day.

Transaction Security: All financial transactions on Daka 7 are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your bank or mobile banking details are never stored on our servers.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Daka 7 bonuses and promotions are exclusive benefits for our members. Each offer comes with its own terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳1,000 is required to claim this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

  • A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 15–30x the bonus amount).
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
  • The wagering requirement for each offer is listed separately on the promotions page.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Daka 7 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected. This includes:

  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Unusual betting patterns intended to circumvent bonus terms.
  • Deposits made using another person's payment method.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Daka 7, including Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

  • Once a bet is placed, it is considered final and cannot generally be cancelled.
  • Daka 7 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.2 Maximum Win Limits

A maximum win limit applies to single bets. For Sports Betting, a single bet slip can yield a maximum win of ৳50,00,000. This limit may be lower for certain markets and events.

6.3 Match Fixing & Fraud

Strict Prohibitions: Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If proven, the account will be suspended, all funds forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

7. Responsible Gaming

Daka 7 believes gaming is entertainment — not addiction. We provide a range of tools and features to help protect our members.

7.1 Setting Limits

  • Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
  • Loss Limit: Cap your losses within a set time period.
  • Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Take a break anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, use the Self-Exclusion feature. Options are available to close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. Please contact our support team.

9. Account Closure & Restrictions

Daka 7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Registering with false information.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
  • Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
  • Account use on behalf of a minor.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless fraud has been established. Members may also request account closure at any time.

10. Changes, Amendments & Contact

Daka 7 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Daka 7's licensing authority. Both parties will seek to resolve any disputes through mutual discussion.
